With 34.2% of the vote, Aaron Nesmith is off the board. He joins Anthony Edwards, James Wiseman, Deni Avdija, Killian Hayes, Tyrese Haliburton, LaMelo Ball, Isaac Okoro, Onyeka Okongwu, Obi Toppin, Devin Vassell and Patrick Williams.
When a choice comes up, pick who you’d want the Kings to pick given all the players remaining. Note: THIS IS NOT A MOCK DRAFT. This is a draft board, a ranked list of prospects you’d like to see the Kings pick. In other words, if we were the Kings front office, when our pick came up, we’d take the top name left on our board. So pick your choice, not who you think Monte McNair or anyone else would choose in a slot.
Explain your choice in the comments, and lobby for who should be added to the next pick’s choices.
Poku again. Only two of the options would be within 10 or so picks of this slot for me.
Xavier Tillman. Would be great to have him in the rotation for the next decade.
Getting to the point where I don’t know much about the remaining guys. I’m going with Maxey here, as I think the chances he has a solid NBA career are higher than Poku’s.
My newest hot take is that Maxey isn’t the best 6’3 Kentucky guard in this draft. And neither is Hagans.
Which I realize is in the style of all my recent year hot takes. It’s always the top ranked guy from ______ isn’t actually the best draft prospect. I had Carter Jr. over Bagley. SGA over Knox. Those this year’s is a much hotter take.
Lewis again.
POKU!!!!!!
This is the area where I think taking Poku makes the most sense.
