With 39% of the vote, Patrick Williams is off the board. He joins Anthony Edwards, James Wiseman, Deni Avdija, Killian Hayes, Tyrese Haliburton, LaMelo Ball, Isaac Okoro, Onyeka Okongwu, Obi Toppin and Devin Vassell.
When a choice comes up, pick who you'd want the Kings to pick given all the players remaining. Note: THIS IS NOT A MOCK DRAFT. This is a draft board, a ranked list of prospects you'd like to see the Kings pick. In other words, if we were the Kings front office, when our pick came up, we'd take the top name left on our board. So pick your choice, not who you think Monte McNair or anyone else would choose in a slot.
Explain your choice in the comments, and lobby for who should be added to the next pick's choices.
Maxey still not showing up in the poll! Come on now!
He is probably my second favorite realistic pick at 12 now after Vassell.
Gotta agree. Maxey would be my pick here. Of the ones on the ballot… LETS GO POKUUUU
Wrote in Maxey for the second straight time. Write-in campaign!
Lewis. Likeliest to make everyone else on the roster better.
Poku this time. The allure of a 7 foot playmaker and ball handler is too enticing to pass up. He could also be the next Darko or Nikola Tskitishvili. The ultimate lottery ticket.
Nesmith, again.
screw it, gimme Poku
Xavier Tillman. I think I’ve already talked about why I think he’s a good prospect and all the draft sites rave about him even more. Here are three more reasons to draft him at #12: (1) the Kings only have one big man rostered after next season, Marvin Bagley, and he always gets injured; (2) the upside of players available at #12 is not that tantalizing; and (3) the Kings can get a backup PG and another wing at picks 35 and 43. There are a lot of pgs in the draft who might slip to 35, including Flynn, Riller, Jalen Harris, Tre Jones, Pritchard, Maledon, and among wings who might slip to 35: Bane, Naji Marshall, Tyler Bey, N’Doye. Other point guards include Cassius Winston, Nico Mannion, Devon Dotson, Markus Howard, Leonardo Bolmaro. Other wings include Nwora, Woodard, Stanley, Elijah Hughes, Nate Hinton, Lamine Diane, CJ Elleby. Who am I forgetting? Snag Tillman at #12, and there will be a serviceable point guard and wing available in the 2nd round and perhaps one or two steals. Plus whoever at #52. It would be a haul.
Saddiq please!
I’m voting for Nesmith once again due to his shooting & defensive potential.
Saddiq Bey
Poku is the most talented player left on this list, and maybe the most talented player in this draft period.
