I just don’t believe this is good enough on defense. I like what Brown is currently doing; staggering Fox and Sabonis so that Domas plays with Mitchell and Fox plays with Monk.
At this point, Barnes is giving nothing to the starting unit on offense or defense. Our defense is bad, no matter who is on the floor. I say eff it, let’s our score other teams like the old Steve Nash Suns. At least, it’d be entertaining.

I am glad that Mike Brown has TD on a short leash. The Good-TD stuff (3 pt shooting, crazy dunks, individual defense) can be really seductive even when the Bad-TD stuff (stupid fouls, poor shot selection, bad team defense) is actually killing you.
On any given night, you hope you get more of the good than the bad, but when that’s not happening he needs to get back to the bench.

Now that was certainly an entertaining half. Started slow the first several minutes of the game but it’s been pretty much all Kings from that point on. Monk really finding his groove now after a rough first 4 or so games to open the year. Luxury to have this kind of shooting. Huerter’s been a stud all year yet he’s having a quiet half and the Kings still have other options to pick up the slack
Do you think we’ll ever get back to the point where you felt safe with a double digit lead at the half?
