Not expecting a win tonight and even if the Kings do win it will not mean a ton. With that said if the Kings do win I am going to go crazy with my overreactions.

Perhaps it’s a matter of routine. NBA players and professional sports players are creatures of certain routine. Trying to simulate a normal home game feel may be more psychological than most realize.

Love this game but is anyone else’s csn california stream going in and out?
Second game in a row my TV from sling says I can’t watch game because of local blackout restrictions. Same occurred on my phone but there are apps to get around it on my phone. Anyone have any ideas? There’s no way I should be blacked out from viewing. Most other years, I actually would’ve seen it as a blessing in disguise.

Same. But seeing Barnes play like this is nothing but a positive for the Kings. He helps the growth of the youth and increases his value in the league if he should be traded.
Yeah that’s true. I actually also appreciate having CoJo as a mentor to Hali. Tyrese already gives his all on defense, but I like that he has a defensive oriented vet to teach him some on ball tricks.
To me, CoJo is more of a coach/mentor at this point. I don’t want to see him on the court anymore tonight. I get that Walton wants him on CP3, but he was a negative in that first half.
He has his good moments and his nothing moments.

I’m glad GR3 got some burn. I think he could be productive, especially if the Kings continue to go small, press, and play zone.
Why is GR3 on, like, his 30th team? He seems to bring about 90% of a Harrison Barnes on an MLE contract – I’d think his play would be more in demand as a bench wing than it is…
Barnes has a really solid post-up game and draws tons of fouls. I don’t think GR3 is even close to 90% of Barnes.
I feel GR3 is a solid 3 and D man, but I still don’t know why he can’t stick to a team. He seems like the perfect player for the Warriors.

I actually thought their defense was pretty good. Good switching, contesting most 3s. Much improved I think. Fox clamped Booker for a few possessions as well. Even buddy got a clutch steal and bucket.
Kings used different looks all night, man, zone, trap, pressure and held the Suns to about 25% three point shooting, and won the battle of the boards, including Richaun picking up several offensive boards late in the 4th. All in all decent D by the Kings guards on Paul and Booker.
I dont know what you’re watching but there’s plenty of defense being played. They have played two games against teams with highly dynamic offensive players and done well keeping them in check. Its been a hard working, team effort on defense that I’ve seen so far.
