It’s pretty clear that if the Kings are going to do well, they are going to need Giles and Hield to anchor that 2nd unit offensively. Joseph, Bazemore and Brewer likely will have a say. Perhaps this is where Jeffries could guard stretch 4’s or James could make a play to be reinserted in the rotation?
I’m assuming that Fox, Bogdanovic, Barnes, Bjelica and Holmes is the starting lineup.
Who needs Baze when you have Daquan Jeffries?

Is Daquan Jeffries one of the 7 best players on the team? This dude looks like an NBA rotation player to me. He actually plays defense and just does a little bit of everything.
I like him, but if he is, that says something about this team.
Oh it definitely says something about this team but I love guys who play really hard on defense and do a little bit of everything on the other end.
He really needs to work on his efficiency in my opinion.
Sure but that’s true of 3/4 of the dudes on this team. At least Jeffries plays tough defense and is always moving and that’s a pretty good foundation to build on.
He should be in consideration for backup minutes at the 4.
Yea I like what he brings. But to be a standout player (I’m talking about mid level guys) he has to work on his efficiency.
and yea this whole team needs a rework.
