Before the draft lottery gifted the Sacramento Kings the 5th and 10th pick in the draft some Kings fans wanted the team to package the presumed 8th and 10th picks to move up in the draft. It’s too early to know if the teams picking 1-4 would even be interested in trading down, but 5 and 10 are certainly a more attractive trade package.

We’re working on draft prospect previews, but Bryant insists on things like “sleep” and “food” and “water”, so the next one won’t be published this morning. Don’t worry, he’ll be appropriately punished. We’ve relocated his desk and he now shares a padded cell office with Brad.

So in the meantime, let’s discuss what we want to see the Kings do with their picks. If the opportunity is there, should the Kings package their picks and move up?
