Kings 104, Nets 99: The Kings are going streaking!

George Hill and Zach Randolph led the Kings to a road win
By | 0 Comments | Dec 21, 2017

The Sacramento Kings jumped out to a commanding lead early against the Brooklyn Nets, but allowed a scrappy Brooklyn team to close the gap in the fourth quarter. A game that was steadily under control for three quarters became a nail-biter throughout the final quarter, but the Kings were able to hold on for the win.

The win means the Kings finish their East coast road trip with a 2-2 record, a pleasant surprise considering the Kings’ early struggles on the road this year.

George Hill had a great night. He’s really turned around his play the last few games, and looks a lot more like the guy we thought we were getting in free agency this summer. Hill finished with 22 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and was 4-4 from beyond the arc.

Zach Randolph had another big night as well, putting up 21 points and eight rebounds. One of those rebounds was his 10,000th career rebound.

The Kings now head home and won’t play again until Saturday.
