Buddy Hield has accepted an invitation to participate in the NBA Three Point Contest at All Star Weekend, according to a report from Yahoo’s Chris Haynes. This will mark Buddy’s second year participating in the contest. Last year Buddy put up a great showing of 26 points in the first round, but faltered in the second round and scored just 19. Joe Harris won the contest.
While Harris is reportedly still deciding whether to defend his crown, Buddy will be joined by Damian Lillard and Trae Young according to Haynes.
Buddy is shooting 37.3% from deep this season.
