Somehow, someway, the New York Knicks have a 2-0 series lead against the San Antonio Spurs with Game 3 at MSG tonight. Here’s the details:
Who: San Antonio Spurs (0-2) vs. New York Knicks (2-0)
Where: Madison Square Garden, New York, NY
When: 5:30 PM PT / 8:30 PM ET
Watch: ABC
I’ll take this moment to say this: be safe out there, Knicks fans, or anyone in NYC tonight. For a million different reasons, some forced, some unforced, the scene around Madison Square Garden is going to be wild. And hopefully that doesn’t veer into dangerous.
On the basketball front, I kinda can’t believe what I’m seeing out of this Knicks team. I liked the Spurs in this series, but the Knicks have looked more talented, better coached, and ready for the moment. Experience across the board is playing a huge factor here, but man. The Knicks are peaking at exactly the right time.
Prediction: Spurs 119, Knicks 108

Regardless of who wins, I hope the crowd rains boos on a certain expected attendee tonight.
Not me I’m a yes.
Lol Hit the road, Jack!
I will because I and a lot others are on the right road. Nice senic route
I predict chaos. New Yorkers across the city and outside The Garden are going to be pissed with the disruption and distraction on their biggest sporting event in decades.
They will/they did. Love it and I wish Sac would boo Vivek at games.
If the Spurs lose tonight, the series is basically a wrap. They need to be aggressive early and not let up.
Knicks gotta be ready for the Spurs early.
I would never have predicted the Knicks going up 3-0, but here we are on the cusp of it. Wild stretch of games by the Knicks.
Agree, Mamdani the socialist mayor in attendance!
I noticed that in the latest SI NBA draft article on high end low end of top draft prospects player comparisons for high end were those we traded Fox and Halliburton. Low end comparison are those on the team Murray and Precious.
