Sometimes change is hard. Been a lot going on for him. 3rd kid was born, then traded halfway across the country, and hasn’t seemed to find his rhythm.
I’m not the biggest fan but I don’t expect that LaVine is broken from three like Huerter is.

In retrospect, it only appears more insane that even as things crumbled around him, Mike Brown still refused to play Keon more. He’s been the 4th-5th best player all year! What did that man do to him?

Man these teams are bad.
Lavine is best getting out in transition. That means turning defense into offense. That means this team needs its defenders (Fultz, Carter, Ellis, Murray, Laravia, Lyles) out there. It’s the only way it can work with this roster imo.
The NO broadcasters are really high on the Kings, talking about what a threat they´re going to be come playoff time…
They are so refreshing to listen to. They don’t sound corny or homerish too.

Sometimes I wonder if my ire for this team is actually deserved or Kayte’s mansplaining Kings basketball to viewers just angers me too much. Of course Zach LaVine is struggling because he came from the Eastern Conference and sees these players less. How do we get her off the broadcast? This is awful but maybe not more awful than potentially losing to a lesser Pelicans squad tonight.

I blame Doug Christie for this loss. Not having your best on ball defender (who just happens to be one your best 3 pt shooters) ride the pine in OT is a crime.

Demar really is a double edge sword. His game kills the Kings offensive movement but wins late in the game. Get his ass coming off the bench and closing when he’s on. That was pathetic and listening to Kayte made me hate it more. I like the post game girl a ton more.
Kings played REALLY slow tonight. I’m sick of Kayte trying to “make a point” over and over again.
As a dude, I’ve been uncomfortable at putting her down. I travel the US regularly and have gotten more comfortable with it because she just doesn’t deserve the job. There’s plenty of women that do a good job announcing/broadcasting that make Kayte look like a DEI hire. It’s really in line with the low standard we’ve come to expect from our team. If the team was a real contender, she would get dumped on because there’s so much less to give feedback on with the team’s performance and excuse making.
When she does concise basketball break downs, she is fine. It’s when she tried to get funny and tell stories, or harp on something for multiple possessions that makes me not like her.

Don’t bother calling CJ a Kings killer when you don’t guard him. It’s like when teams get hot from three against the Kings and nobody mentions the lack of defense.
Minnesota, Dallas, and GSW all won tonight. The worst possible outcome for the Kings. Demar has some nice games here and there, but he has to be traded after the season. Just doesn’t match what the team is trying to build. ISO offense, zero defense.
