I was listening to G Man at that point and he called it a goaltend.
I try to synchronize Gary and the tv game most nights. He calls such a good game. Tonight I followed Macdog’s lead and listened to the Wiz announcers.
Box score has TD with 8 points but I have no idea. To me it looked like it touched Kuzmas hand last but I’m watching the Wiz broadcast so I’m not sure
I was listening to them for a bit and they started talking about March tournament so I switched back to Kings. I’ll go back and listen to them again.
I’m confused on that too. Score was 25-15 at the time and I was wondering why the refs were giving the Wizards the ball when Kuzma blocked the shot. Should have been Kings ball. Next thing you know it shows the score being 25-17, so I guess it was ruled goaltending?
That must be it. No call about the score from Katie. Not complaining. They were focused on a foul on TD as I recall.

I just saw the “We’re Up” ad by the Kings on TV for the first time. Really good. Including Doug Christie jacking up LA rick fox with an upper cut. It’s well done.
You ever wonder what the opponent’s fan game thread might sound like? Never really thought about that perspective.
I lurk all the time and a majority of them are not that active. The most disrespectful one towards the kings so far has been the suns thread. Haters for sure. I also usually watch the game with the opposing teams broadcast just to get a different perspective.
Rattle, I do that as do others on here. The opposing announcers tend to focus more on their opponents is my unscientific analysis so the Wiz announcers have made a lot of comments about Kings and why they are playing better and about coach Brown.
No more gummies….that was a long run on paragraph.
Part of that had to do with Drew Gooden’s history with Mike Brown though.

Game is blacked out for me (live in DC area and don’t have cable) so this is my first time EVER listening to the G-Man… let me just say, WOW! I finally understand why he gets so much love around here. What a gem!

Gotta say the team looks pretty amazing in person. From where I’m seated, I’ve seen good defensive intensity and smart rotations, and the offense is damn near unstoppable. We’ve also got an excellent bench, especially with the addition of Edwards.
I was worried that this team may be fool’s gold come playoff time. But seeing them live, these guys are a potential juggernaut.
It’s a trip watching these guys live. Glad you got a chance to go JW!

Listening to Drew Gooden and you can tell how unhappy he is to broadcast a Wizards team that is as bad as they really are.

3-0 on this road trip. I don’t even remember the last time the Kings went 4-0 on a trip like this one.
Warriors are losing (and will lose) to the Grizzlies. Nuggets lost to the Knicks, Clippers lost to the Magic (at home; without Kawhi Leonard) today. Minnesota lost in Toronto (without Anthony Edwards).
Interesting day all around for the Kings. Decent W, too. Not that there was much to be gained by beating the Wiz really as they just aren’t all that good and you needed a W more than anything else. Good to see this team can win relying on Domas and 3’s though. That’s cool to see.
No Huerter, no Lyles and Fox with an off night, and still win…this team is deep!
Stats look amazing except for free throws.
Celtics lost to the Jazz tonight in SLC. Talk about unexpected.
