Lots of early fouls. Not a good sign for the Kings
Keon Ellis with a defensive play of the week for that block at the rim on SGA.
With how ugly they played, surprised they are only down 1 after the 1st.
I almost posted the same thing.
I said mcgee needs to be cut awhile ago
Len can’t come back quick enough.
Bring the noise! Let’s go Kings!
Did everyone know that Fox has been working Luke Loucks to work on his three shot? And he was working with steph this offseason?
Thunder have so much talent but luckily seem turnover prone and prone to the mental lapses of any young team.
Kings signed Juan Toscano-Anderson
So, the Kings won the bidding war for Juan Toscano-Anderson? Nice.
#themissingpiece
known commodity
This is a game where Javale doesn’t need to be played. OKC only really has Chet as a big, so I think Lyles can handle the backup C minutes
Keon Ellis’s defense is absolutely awesome. Very fun to watch!
wow, Giddey just made a terrible pass.
I thought it looked byooteaful.
so did Huerter
Get to the rim and good things happen.
what ever happened to Maurice Harkless?
The Kings won the second quarter just to spite Aykis.
yeah, we should rub his face in it for the game recap
Akis should take the hint and make his next article about how the Kings are losing too many games.
he could start a career as a “motivational blogger”
Are the Lings consistently to close to the rim on defense to grab missed 3s? Seems like the rebounds always fly past them and to the other team.
that’s why I fly Aer Lingus
HB’s toast…wow.
Yup!
not a charge?
And brown wasted the challenge on an unimportant play earlier
Oh come on refs. Give Fox that call!
get barnes and huerter out of here before they cant be traded
Instead of Dort, my four-year-old inner child keeps hearing Dork.
Dork misses the triple. Dork with the turnover.
did these refs just get pulled off the street?
They did a high school game earlier today.
I wouldn’t be surprised if one of the refs was Maurice Harkless. No residual bitterness in his officiating, surely.
Zebras playing the point spread
This SGA fellow is pretty clever!
Great way to end the quarter! Let’s close this last one out with a W!!!!
Fox already with 30
I’m OK with Fox missing a free-throw or 2 if he can keep hitting those 35 footers
I don’t expect to see Barnes and Huerter back in the game. Both have been really bad tonight
Sasha bringing some rain.
Sasha is a sick, sick man.
He tosses up those threes so casually as if he’s playing in the park.
Pure speculation: Kings are winning by smaller margins and losing by bigger margins than last year. The offense has gotten less efficient, and the improvement on defense hasn’t been enough to make up the difference. Statistically, this team is worse than last year.
And yet, this team is more physical, more resilient, and feature a truly UNGUARDABLE force in the clutch. Perhaps this team is actually built to perform better in the playoffs, even if the numbers on paper don’t look as intimidating.
Amazing how much if you do the bobble head you get a foul call
SGA back at it. Foul hunting.
Keon’s on fire!
Safe to say he is in the rotation from now on
very cool to see a legit homegrown 3&D force on a roster that desperately needs one
Keon Ellis is having his breakout game.
Monk’s block at the rim reminds me of Keon’s from the first quarter.
I have never seen a team try to draw so many charges.
Clear path
HB is slow and lost out there.
That drive by Fox was tough.
upon further review, there were multiple fouls on the play – all by OKC. Fox will shoot 6 free throws.
4for6
Mark Daigneault will be assessed a technical foul, ejected, and fired for not understanding how fouls work.
Mo Harkless will sub in as next ref up
What’s the Harkless stuff about?
It’s all Yakshi’s fault
Haha.
These refs are absolute clowns
I think they were possessed by something before the game.
Wow. Blind refs.
Has Domas ever won a jump ball?
Bad overturn.
Is Coach Brown just challenging the wrong calls more this year? I honestly don’t remember a successful one this year, I’m sure there has been.
Zebras has to be on the take. It’s the only explanation
Absolutely terrible officiating. Fox just got hit in the head by Dort during a layup.
C’mon guys. Don’t let them overtake the lead.
these refs must be the strongest guys on the court because they’re doing the most flexing.
If this gets overturned, there is no God and the refs each put their houses on OKC
Hot take: Challenges are making the game way slower and harder to watch!
Dude, what the hell is wrong with these effin’ refs????
But chet hit the right arm on the way up. Nonsense
Keep taking it to the rack and put the pressure on the refs to make the right call
Oh God, Fox is holding his right shoulder.
These refs need to be investigated. Both challenges clear as shit fouls against OKC.
assign the investigation to Mulder and Scully from the X-files.
Wow
Make your free throws and we got this one!!!
That should be game.
Okay, just make one free throw and you’ll be good.
Light the beam, baby.
That a baby Keegan! Despite the refs best efforts, the Kings pulled this one off. Great game, but damn frustrating!!!
Fuck the refs, MVP Fox, LIGHT THE BEAM!
Exciting game. Did not have Keon Ellis lightning the beam tonight on my bingo card. Hope it’s the first of many. Let’s Go streaking Kings!
Ellis break out game…. Nice!
