Look at Bjelica doubling the guard at half court, then trying to catch up to his man with the ball as he drives to the hoop where no one steps in front of him. You can’t teach those instincts. As soon as the Lakers cool down from shooting wide open shots, we will be right back in this. Kings are tenacious.

Every shot by CoJo feels like a prayer. Even the layups. I should not be shocked to see a floater/layup go in from a professional basketball player. Also that turnover on the feed to Bagley was terrible. Fox or Haliburton would have ooped that to him. The oop was there, and he failed to recognize it.
I think you’re being a little overdramatic
Judging by that turnover he just made I think not. He has shot 17% from the field lately and hasn’t scored until tonight. Getting 18+ min a game btw.
He’s decent around the rim, shooting is another story. He is what he is I guess always been this his whole career
I’m may be exaggerating a little with the layups but I’m mostly just keeping it real. The guy is a net negative. And I’m fed up with our tendency as a fanbase to make excuses for players that obviously have no future with this team. He very well could be gone in a few weeks. The same goes for GR3 (who is now gone) and Whiteside (who is rumored as a buyout candidate at the deadline). Its one thing if we are debating over Buddy, Bagley, Holmes, Fox or Barnes, but its another thing for the bench players outside of our rookies.
Do fanbases really have tendencies though?
One that has been deprived of success like ours has certainly does. Our franchise has been absolutely trash at collecting talent. Forget wins. Just having players that can actually crack an NBA rotation. We have 3 draft picks on our roster (Fox, Bagley, and Hali) in the last 5 years that see consistent minutes. You go back a decade and the ones that are still playing are teetering on the cusp of being out of the league. Our bench has no depth because we suck at drafting, which if we were actually good at it would lead to tradable assets or valuable rotational pieces. I know no team hits on all their picks but it is a glaring issue on a team that hasn’t sniffed success since the mid 2000s.
