Had a physical game last night that came down to the wire. Kings, not unsurprisingly, looking very sluggish these first 6 minutes. Hope they find their legs soon before this deficit grows

Agreed on Metu. Davion I believe will work it out one day like Fox did.
Any time Davion can spend on the court is good for the Kings, especially early. He turns it on in the second half, and the more he plays now, the better it’ll be, I think.

I had no expectation for the Kings to win a back to back on the road against this Hawks team.
But the longer I watch, the more I think the Kings are going to smooth it out and cruise past them. This seems like a very inconsistent and disjointed young team.
Both teams look sluggish. At least the Kings have an excuse.

Keegan played three games and the scouts figured him out. The NBA is making him work. He will figure it out.

if Keegan doesn’t score, he doesn’t bring much else to the team. Maybe we should’ve left him as a reserve. Playing heavy minutes vs. starters and he looks lost.

You’re right. Have missed games and the next morning while I was going thru the game thread finally realized the Kings had won. As I was working the thread I thought it had been a bad beatdown loss by the Kings
I’d get it if it seemed more rational. Sit Fox. Sit Murray. Davion sucks. It’s just a waterfall of pouting. And they magically disappear when the Kings stage another comeback, like in Charlotte, Orlando, etc.

Haven’t been super impressed with what I’ve seen from the Hawks, and I think this is a win in Sacramento.
Hawks have mostly been pretty average so far this year both offensively and defensively, so that makes sense.
I had this one chalked up as a loss anyways but let’s see if they can make it close

My TV isn’t all that big……..but it’s smart. Occasionally I’ll get a shot of Domas with the perspective that shows just what a big man he is. He isn’t carrying a lot of extra weight

Davion has the very unique skillset of being able to stay in front of the shiftiest guys in the league 1 on 1. How many other guys can do that? Smart? Thybulle? Holiday?

Who’s got a right to anything. It’s a game. One game never is never that important unless it’s towards the end of the season. One bad game no matter how many bad games we’ve all seen means little. If you think the sky is falling go ahead and put your bicycle helmet on and if you survive more power to you. We’ve had a great little run, the team looks better but we are gonna lose some games…..we were always gonna lose some games. Likely over the course of the season we are gonna lose a bunch of games. It doesn’t mean that if we lose this game all is lost. Perspective. If we manage to pull out a win it doesn’t mean that for most of the game the Kings played well. It’s never all good or all bad.
