Yep. Kings can’t shoot the 3 ball at all, have smoked a few point blank bunnies at the rim, and had 10 turnovers in the 1st quarter. The fact they aren’t down 20+ right now is encouraging, but they’re playing catch up for a 2nd straight game against a quality opponent. Can’t keep digging themselves into a hole vs teams like this, especially on the road

What really distinguishes Tatum from Brown? They both have great size, shooting, defense, etc.
Maybe Tatum is a better passer, but Brown I’d say is a purer scorer. Yet Tatum is talked about like one of the best in the league and Brown is always seen as the Robin to his Batman? I don’t really get it.
If Brown is feeling underappreciated, maybe he’d feel better in Sacramento?

Kings able to get to the rim pretty consistently vs this Celtics defense. Need them to keep attacking since their 3PT shooting isn’t there right now
I can’t believe we are over 50 for the half already with the refs setting the tone early that the Kings shouldn’t even try. I new the Beam Bench would be key to making this a game.

I got so used to Luke Walton I forgot you could make mid-game adjustments. I always thought that if you started slow, you were supposed to politely fold and lose by 40.
Yeah, Brown went 11 deep in the first half. He just kept rotating players out until he found a good combination. Still, what a strange first half.

There is no way we are going to get any calls from the refs. We’re just going to have to win this game on our own.
Who would be surprised if Okpala replaces Keegan starting the second half?
I hope he does. What I like most about coach is keeping these guys on a short string. If they aren’t contributing, to the bench you go. In years past, they would let cold shooters try and shoot their way out of it, which mostly resulted in big losses.
Murray and Huerter still have no points, so I wouldn’t be surprised if KZ starts for Keegan , at least soon after the start.

Him shooting over 50% on 7+ attempts from 3PT wasn’t gonna be sustainable all season long, so it was only a matter of time before some regression hit. Unfortunately, the rest of the team can’t hit 3’s during this road trip either
But he’s rushing them and not taking good shots in some instances.
After that first quarter I expected to be do 22 a lot earlier in this game let alone up by 6 mid 3rd.
