This has been mentioned before but can we crown Luke the dildo king with the lack of effort of covering his nose with his mask? I’m no mask Nazi and have been needed to work through the entire pandemic without hardly any days off at all. The way Luke is nonchalant about the mask needs to continue to be highlighted. Fire him for that alone.
These guys are in a controlled environment and being tested daily… they put a mask on and then go breath on one a another in a game. I think it’s a little different then you or I going to a grocery store where we’re not being tested daily. If you asked most of the dr’s in the NBA I’m guessing they are saying the mask wearing is really more symbolic vs for safety
This is where I’m at. I award Walton no points, but nor do I subtract them unless he’s showing the same mask misusage in more risky environments.
I get it but I also understand as a business, the NBA is making certain requirements. I think the teams should be held to the requirement standards. It is much like entering a private business. Comply or don’t enter. Do I think the masks work? That’s a different question.
I don’t disagree with the fact if the league has a requirement then I think they should fine him..
They aren’t in a bubble, so they really aren’t in a controlled environment.

What do the league requirements say? Just not a fan of people not adhering to business requirements. I operate in a private business and understand the risks of issues these days with workers comp responsibility being assigned to the business with covid tracing.

Bagley’s unwillingness to kick the ball out is really impressive.
He’s trying to do too much. Probably feeling pressure to perform after his extended absence and all the media expectations with him being picked in front of Luka. He must want to prove himself with his scoring, but his tunnel vision on attacking the basket each time has allowed teams to collapse and made it less effective. He needs to relax and let the game come to him, rather than force the issue.
I don’t think it has anything to do with Luka. This is Bagley’s game, such as it is. It is remarkable how Bagley has gotten so far with such obvious deficiencies, his lack of understanding of the basic principles of team offense and defense.

Buddy driving the basket is scary, you have no idea where the ball is going, but in the basket is not the likely outcome. Not really seeing what CoJo gives this team. But it is hard to beat a team 2 nights in a row, so I’m just going to stick with that.

Silver linings tonight, Haliburton looks good and Doug’s skills on commentary have improved considerably.
There is that. IMO Hali has been more impressive. Doug is learning sometimes less is more.
Perhaps Mark is mentoring him, given Mark’s wealth of national experience.
When the offense started sputtering in the late 3rd/4th I really wouldve liked to have run the offense through Hali

A return to the mean. So to speak. Fox disappeared in the second half. Unless, he was making some poor decisions on the court. This kind of second half play keeps him from being an All Star. The Ghost of Barnes reappeared. Hield continues to impress on D. Trade him now, when his value is at a pinnacle. Haliburton is surprising me. Whiteside went back to his lazy side. Outside of 2 b2B blocks. Did much of nada. Bjelica in garbage will at least get us a high second rounder.
What I miss. Are we going streaking. Comcast NBA league pass sucks as much as our 2nd half effort. Like what saw from Hali in between glitches. Need another top 5 pick alongside
