The Sacramento Kings formally introduced Luke Walton as their new head coach on Monday. You can watch the full press conference here:
Some key takeaways are that Walton expects the Kings to improve on defense and shoot a lot of threes. Easier said than done, but I sure like this plan! Walton and Vlade Divac also discussed how long they’ve known each other and how they’re on the same page. Hopefully this will translate to success.
Also worth noting, Walton has already met with a few players, and several players attended the press conference.
