Sacramento Kings vs Melbourne United: Preseason comes to a close

The Kings close out their preseason.
By | 0 Comments | Oct 16, 2019

The Sacramento Kings conclude their preseason slate tonight as they face off against Melbourne United in the friendly confines of the Golden 1 Center. The game will be broadcast on KHTK 1140, and NBC Sports will stream the game via their My Teams app.

The Kings will be without De’Aaron Fox, who left Monday’s game against the Jazz with what is being called a sore back. Holding out Fox seems more precautionary than anything, and it makes sense to give him the night off. The Kings are already without Cory Joseph, who is resting a sore calf, so if you’re attending the game be ready for lots of Yogi Ferrell chants.

In addition to Fox and Joseph, the Kings will be without Harry Giles, Tyler Ulis, Hollis Thompson, and Trevor Ariza. Dewayne Dedmon is dealing with an illness but is still expected to play.

The game tips off at 7:00 PM PT. This thread will also serve as the game thread.

Go Kings!
