Mbah a Moute had signed a $1.5 million deal before the Kings voided it due to a failed physical. Many assumed it was due to Mbah a Moute's oft-troubled knees, but Woj reports it was due to a shoulder injury that the Kings medical staff felt was cause for concern.

It remains unclear how the NBPA will prove any impropriety by the Kings.
