With yesterday's loss to the Phoenix Suns to end the season with a record 28-54, the Kings have officially claimed the 7th worst record in the league, avoiding a tie with the Detroit Pistons.  The 7th spot has a 15% chance of moving up into the Top-3 and a 60% chance of staying at 7.
