Sacramento Kings rookie point guard De’Aaron Fox is available to play tonight against the Charlotte Hornets, according to NBC Sports’ James Ham. It’s worth noting that the phrasing is that he is available, not necessarily that he will play or that’s he’s 100% back from his quad contusion.
De'Aaron Fox is available to play tonight for the Kings. Frank Mason has a right heel contusion and will miss approximately 1 week of action.

The news comes at just the right time for the Kings, who will be without Frank Mason for up to a week with a heel injury.
Fox has had some struggles on the court this season, but was still the starting point guard before his injury. I’m sure however Dave Joerger works Fox back into the rotation will be met with zero negative backlash.
Since we’re on the injury front, there’s still no updated timetable on when Harry Giles might start playing. The Kings originally shut him down until January, but some of us believe they’ll end up holding him out entirely until next season.
