The Kings and the City today announced that they are seeking community input on the design of the new Downtown Arena.

Here We Stay already posted some fan ideas for the new organization, but this way will allow you to send your ideas directly to the decision makers.

Here's how you can help:

1. You can take a short online survey here.

2. There will be small group workshops on the arena where community members will be able to discuss the arena with the city, Kings and AECOM.  Members will be randomly selected from people who took the above survey.

3. There will be an Open House on Saturday, October 5th from 9:00-10:30 a.m. at the Tsakopoulos Library East Room (828 I Street).

4. There will be informational materials and comment cards in the foyer of City Hall (915 I Street) from October 7th to 14th.

If you have even a small idea that you think would be cool regarding the new arena, this is how you can possibly get attention for it.  This will be more than a Kings arena, it will be Sacramento's arena, OUR arena.
