3 public workshops on downtown Kings arena plan scheduled

The city will (hopefully) unveil its term sheet with Mark Mastrov and Ron Burkle on Thursday, then hold three public workshops on the plan before the City Council votes on March 26.

* The Robertson Center on Norwood on March 22 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

* The Pannell Center on Meadowview on March 23 from 9-11 a.m.

There will no doubt be questions when the term sheet is released — I encourage members of the fan community to show up, dig in and support Sacramento's effort to keep the Kings. It's imperative that we finish the play and close out hard.
