That "stuff" is, in some configuration, a couple of residential towers, a hotel and lots of commercial.

Once you look at the more detailed floorplans, you can see where some of the interesting design ideas come into play … if you know your way around schematics, which I definitely do not. So I look forward to seeing some of the comments here about that.

The Bee says the Planning Commission will look at the application on December 10 and the draft environmental impact report will be released December 12.
