Rudy Gay out against Portland, listed as day to day

A precautionary MRI came back negative

Rudy Gay will miss Wednesday's Sacramento Kings game against the Portland Trail Blazers. Gay underwent a precautionary MRI on Wednesday, which revealed no additional damage.

Gay had missed several games before playing in Monday’s victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Kings will also be without Arron Afflalo due to an elbow injury. The Blazers will be without star point guard Damian Lillard.
