Those words were not enough, especially since they didn't contain any form of apology. Fortunately, Rondo came out with a stronger statement today.

This apology doesn't make what Rondo said right or even make up for the lack of contrition showed yesterday, but I hope it is sincere and that this is an experience Rondo will learn from, as indicated by the last line in his statement.
