The Sacramento Kings will face off against the Detroit Pistons at Sleep Train Arena at 7:30 p.m. Pacific on Friday. This is the team's only national TV game of the season. It will be shown on ESPN. Word is that Mark Jones and Doris Burke will call the game. 1140 AM will also broadcast live.
The Kings enter 2-5, including 2-3 at home after Wednesday's blowout win over the Nets. The Pistons are also 2-5, having lost four straight games. Detroit is 0-3 on the road, with losses to Memphis, Portland and Golden State. They have not played since Tuesday.
A sell-out crowd is expected. Sacramento will attempt to break Milwaukee's indoor arena noise world record at some point during the game.
