The Kings defense struggled to stop one of the worst offenses in the NBA, allowing the Lakers to take Sunday's matchup 100-86. The Kings are now 4-9 with the next four days off. Sacramento is 1-4 on the road this season.

Pau Gasol had 20 on 8-16 shooting, and Xavier Henry added 21 off of the bench. L.A.'s 100 points came in 94 possessions, for a points per possession of 1.06, which is not a crazy number. But the Kings scored just 0.91 points per possession, which is abysmal. Sacramento shot 42 percent from the floor and had only seven offensive rebounds in 42 opportunities.

Greivis Vasquez led the Kings with 20 points on 9-18 shooting. He also had seven assists. DeMarcus Cousins had 17 points, eight rebounds and seven assists in 31 minutes. He also picked up his fourth technical foul of the season, shot 6-14 from the floor and three turnovers.

The Kings play the Clippers on Friday back in Sacramento.
