Kings final score: Sacramento survives in Charlotte, downs Bobcats 97-93

After a fourth quarter that looked like two bowls of Jello having a chess match, the Kings outlasted the Bobcats 97-93 in Charlotte on Saturday. Hurrah!

The Bobcats drew a heckuva lot more free throws than the Kings (38-21), but Charlotte shot poorly from the line. That 27 FTA advantage ended up as just an eight FTM advantage. The Kings were able to overcome it with better shooting from the floor.

As noted above, the Kings play in New Orleans on Monday. It's an early game (10 a.m. Pacific).
