The time is finally here! The Sacramento Kings will play their first NBA game that counts in nearly five months when they take on the San Antonio Spurs.
Both teams are chasing at least the No. 9 seed to advance to a potential play-in tournament against the Memphis Grizzlies.
This is a huge game for Sacramento. San Antonio is missing LaMarcus Aldridge, which is a big blow for the Spurs. The Kings need to take advantage and get off to a strong start, especially with one of their main competitors in the playoff chase — the New Orleans Pelicans — coming up short against the Utah Jazz in their opener.
