Jeff Goodman of CBSSports.com came up with an NBA Draft Rating System to evaluate current GMs of the league. In Goodman's system, Petrie ranks second overall with an average rating of 2.58. Only Oklahoma City GM Sam Presti has a higher rating at 2.79. David Kahn brings up the rear with a rating of 0.5.
