As the Sacramento Kings meet with multiple free agents, a familiar name had popped up. According to Sam Amick, the Kings are meeting with Patrick Patterson. (The meeting may have been last night or tonight, its tough to tell from the tweet’s wording since it was in the wee hours of the morning, but I believe the meeting was Friday night since Iguodala’s meeting was also then.)
Kings free agency meetings tonight, I'm told: Andre Iguodala and Patrick Patterson.

Patterson would be a nice fit for what the Kings need. He’s a solid veteran and a perfect fit as a stretch 4. He wouldn’t be locked in as a started, but is good enough to start until a younger guy earns the role.
It will probably be a question of money and whether Patterson wants to come back to Sacramento. He was on the Kings before being traded to Toronto as part of the package that brought Rudy Gay to the Kings.
