Information keeps flying in about the Kings possible sale to the Seattle group led by the likes of Chris Hansen and Steve Ballmer. The latest report by the Bee seems to indicate that talks of a completed deal might have jumped the gun but that the two sides are definitely actively engaged.

This makes much more sense than a previous report from Steve Larger of CBS 13 which claimed that the Maloofs had rejected Seattle's offer.

If the Maloofs are indeed now focused on selling the team, I would hope that they would give Sacramento a chance to match any offer from Seattle.
