A big win for the Kings, but with a potentially big loss as Domantas Sabonis went down with a serious ankle injury. Full recap to follow, and updates on Sabonis as we learn more, but in the meantime let’s see those victory gifs!

I certainly didn’t expect to get the W tonight, but I’ll take it.
If they want any chance of being competitive against Cleveland next, they better hope Cleveland goes into double OT tomorrow or something.
I’m going with the story, how the Kings are the Atlanta Hawks of the west. So it’ll be an easy win coming up vs the Cavs lol
LTB!
I don’t get it! It was like a totally different team tonight with the defensive intensity, Demar sharing the ball, setting up others. Even Malik had very active hands, made some good plays. LaRavia, Devin C, Keon, and Keegan are a joy to watch defensively. Can they play like this every night? If they could, who couldn’t they beat?
You’re right. Totally different team. How to explain???
Undefeated in our last 1 games!
1 in a row. Winning streak
St. Paddy’s Green Grizzly Dance! Kings Win!
St. Patty’s Day luck and the beam is lit!
&ct=g
you called it!
A fun game to watch. Energy, effort, ball movement amd execution
..tends to lead to wins more often than not.
52% from the field, 48% from 3 on 41 attempts, and 35 assists. You don’t lose too many games when your offense is humming like that. Good win, but the defense still needs to improve. This one would have been a humdinger had Ja been playing.
I missed the Domas ankle injury. Did it look bad or can the Ox shake it off for next game?
Lastly, Marvin Bagley…DNP/CD for Memphis.
I thought it looked bad. Domas reaction made it look bad.
I wish I had a $37.5 million contract to just sit on the bench.
I’d take just .5 million
I would be shocked if Domas plays another game this season. Given what he plays through on a regular basis and his reaction that’s probably a fracture or very serious sprain
He had to be helped off the court so it did not look good. But hard to tell with those ankle rolls. Sometimes players come right back and play pretty quickly, other times not. But Domas has played through a lot of injuries, not sure if this is one he could too but I am sure he will play if he can.
LaRavia revenge game! Love it. Underpay this man!
JV with 3 blocked shots in only 16 minutes.
They needed this one.
i hope Domas will be okay but that didn’t look good.
It would be incredible if LaRavia loves his time here and would take an underpayment to stay! It doesn’t seem likely, but is there any way they could be creative and offer a longer contract?
Is it wrong that I would love to watch a team of 12 Laravias. Is there any way we can offer to mow his lawn to get him to sign for whatever underpay the Kings are allowed to pay him. He’s not great at anything except he gives you nonstop hustle and energy.
Maybe they can keep LaRavia with the power of friendship.
I was actually wondering how the contract’s dollar cap is worded. Could the Kings sign him to a 10-day contract to satisfy the extension rule, then re-sign him to an uncapped full contract after that expires?
Funny, for me this was just another lesson in expectations. I didn’t watch the game, but I saw a flurry of comments about the Sabonis injury that made it seem God awful. It didn’t look good, no doubt, but it wasn’t as bad I expected it to be. On the contrary, if all the posts I saw said it wasn’t bad, I’d probably see the footage and gasp, “That looked horrible!”
LaRavengia Game!
Energy, effort and ball movement makes for a fun game . Hope Domas is OK but doubt it .
Despite being down 21 at one point, Coach Jenkins still decided to play…uhhh…Anybody but Bagley.
That was a nasty looking ankle bend on Domas. Hope the Ox heals fast.
LTB!
Poor Domas. Glad we won but he was getting beat up. Ankle roll, hamstring, and split head.
I imagine he will miss the rest of the season unless we make noise in the play-in.
Nothin to see here. Grizz without 3 very key players Jah, Santi and Pippen.
Besides the first qtr. Both teams pretty even. Same terrible defense. Bane goes 7-7 from 3? Grizz go on to score 96 in the the next 3 qtrs.
Christie has a good record at beating injured teams. I’ll give him that.
The “without key players” keeps getting used after a majority of wins and even many of the losses (Kings won/lost against X team even though they were missing Y player). Are there more than a few teams out there that actually have all of their key players available right now? What percentage of games in the past couple of months have the Kings been at full strength? Even when he was in the game, Fox’s fingers on his shooting hand looked like tree roots.
I know pretty much every team in my fantasy league has multiple key players with O’s on their IR and bench. Every time one of my IR guys gets healthy, I have enough injured players that I can swap them and avoid having to drop anyone.
