Ellis was all over Fox tonight. Made his night tough.

OT: this Nugs-Suns game is so wild. Jokic having another monster triple double. And to think we could have beat them had the zebras not swallowed their whistles.

Random thoughts:

The Domas/Fox interaction was icy.

Should we just complete the holy Bulls trinity and go for Lonzo?

Don’t fall in love with Jake. Don’t fall in love with Jake.

I don’t think they really liked each other that much, but oh well.

Nice win. Sloppy at parts but did the job.

I didn’t observe the Fox and Domas interaction. Sounds like those two won’t be trading Christmas cards. Happens often with big contracts and big personalities.

I harbor no ill will towards Fox. Truly, I don’t. My desire to move on from him was squarely from the fear that his speed-based attributes, which greatly open his offense, would fade mightily as he ages, much like John Wall. But maybe they don’t. I don’t want him to languish. He was our best player for many stretches where the team was unwatchable, and I thank him for keeping it together for us during those spells. I find it odd he became his most volatile or unhappy once we actually became competitive and added talent, but that’s another topic.

On the other hand, I despise Rich Paul and feel damn near certain the League will be better once he leaves it. These Real Housewives-level games are exhausting and fan bases deserve better. He’s a sycophant and a cancerous lesion on the joy the game brings.

Liked what I saw in the second half, when the real LaVine showed up. He’s also playing a bit of defense, at least to my eyes.
