The NBA Finals are here. Tough one for Kings fans, in my opinion. Anyway.

These announcers have no synergy with one another. Replace RJ with JVG this offseason.
I don’t like Doris. She is so bland and boring. No personality.
She used to be really good but has fallen off for some reason.
Dream trio would be Breen, JVG and Kerr.
Yeah, she was good but I don’t enjoy her as much now.
No Doris and broadcast is improved .
Big shot!
Man, Tyrese giving the Pacers the lead with 0.3 seconds left….
Balls of steel. He wanted that ball for the final shot and win.
Crazy game! That was fun to watch.
Hali should be a King.
I hope Vivek and MM are watching these playoffs and feeling dumb as F.
Money tends to heal most of those feelings up there I’m guessing
Such a good ending for Hali. Glad he is succeeding.
That’s our first round draft pick that hit the winning shot in game one of the finals!
That game winner made me pour another glass of wine. No spilt milk here. Congrats to Hali. I love that guy.
Definitely drinking to Hali tonight! He’s a playoffs hero over there instead of seeing playoffs zero over here!
Wow. I didn’t bother watching because I didn’t think Indiana had a shot. My thought was a 4-1 or 4-0 OKC series were equally likely.
Is that Haliburton’s *4th* last second win or tie in the playoffs this season? Sheesh. I get that he wasn’t even MVP of the East Finals, but you have to start talking about all time great playoff performances, don’t you?
And that trade looks worse every day.
Best way for the Kings to develop their talent is to send them elsewhere!
Need to put this on banners around town.
Sadly, if Hali was still here, he would have never reached a Conference final, how much more The Finals. In a way, he was redeemed from basketball hell.
Pacers have did a masterful job of talent acquisition that fits Hali and every player on the roster . Having a truly great coach helps too !

wow! Woke up this morning, wondering if I really saw what I saw.
/respect to Rick Carlisle, Hali, Siakam, Nesmith, Nembhard and the rest of the Pacers (Turner, Bryant).
I forwarded the statistic that OKC were 29-1 against the East this last season.
Well, they are 29-2 now.
Looking forward to Game #2!
Yeah, we have a series! And Game one of the Stanley cup finals was excellent as well!
Obi Toppin started his first stint awfully. Two backcourt violations on some wild passess. But Carlisle stuck with him and he settled down and gave huge minutes and points. Props to Carlisle.
I also thought that Myles Turner was fantastic; great defense on Chet and he helped them win the rebounding battle by a significant margin (56-39!).
No rebounds, no rings.
That Haliburton guy is pretty good. Wonder who drafted him.
Whoever it was, they must not need a point guard.
Ani – is she ok?
One thing everyone including myself didn’t seem to consider at the start of this series was coaching. Carlisle is an all timer with a ring whilst MD is green.
Coaching especially deep in the playoffs matters.
Yeah, Rick Carlisle definitely has the experience that Mark Daigneault doesn’t, it that may very well be a factor in this series.
Agreed. I was talking with folks the other day that were predicting OKC in four, and I said that Carlisle would get it to six (with OKC prevailing).
Oh I considered it. I picked okc in 6, but said there is a roadmap to Indy in 6 or 7. Jalen Williams reminds me of pippen the year before the bulls broke through. They can and should still win, but they are gettable this season still.
Yeah. OKC is clearly the better team, but there’s not a huge gap between the two.
Between Carlisle’s coaching and Hali’s heroics the Pacers have a shot.
I still think think OKC takes it though.
Went to the game. Really gave me 2002 WCF vibes by how loud it was. Don’t worry slight edge still goes to us on loudness. Feel I was gonna get jumped because I was the only person around me that cheered when Hali made that shot over Wallace. I’m happy Hali isn’t rotting for with us, but sad this is how I had to experience my first finals game. One day I pray I’m at golden 1 for the finals.
Wow, wat a great game to experience in the flesh. Good for you!
Thanks! Feel I went to maybe not the best finals game, but definitely one that could be remembered all time! I wanna say can’t wait until I’m back at golden 1, but next time I’m in town I don’t think I can give Vivek another cent.
All of us out of town/staters and locals, should have a huge watch party outside of G1C next season as a big ???? to the owner. Sell the team signs and chants all around
Apparently it doesn’t like the middle finger emoji
Sacramento Kings – we don’t lose 100% of the playoffs we don’t make
OKC has like 8 to 10 players that bust their asses on both sides of the floor and Indy has 6 or 7. We have 4?
