Spurs starting 5: CP3, Castle, HB, Julian Champaigne, and Zach Collins vs. the most talent this Kings team has had in over a decade. what are the odds to win?

The Kings’ offense is so ugly even a lot of the time Sabonis is on the floor.
after the timeout, Fox and Monk looking to impose their will on the game, which is good. first results 2 made threes. then Monk leaves the hot shooter open (Champagnie) who buries another three.
Huerter? Ellis and Jones looked good a few games ago when they were the first two off the bench and the helped the team out but F it.

Kings were down 11 when Keon subbed in. just leave him in the rotation.
In all fairness, as much as I like Keon, they made up that difference with no real contribution from him.
I made that comment when the Kings were still down big.
Keon’s defense was good. also made a three. a steal and fast break assist. and a nice block. and another steal. seems like a real contribution to me.
And we have at least one more season after this one before they fire Brown and try to find a decent coach.

Haven’t even heard of two guys on the floor for the Spurs and the Kings’ starters are barely holding the lead.
Would be nice if the Kings can close this out early and reest their starters. Not holding my breath.

Just look at the difference between these two team. The Kings are running recent all stars, a recent lottery pick, and a recent 6th man winner and the Spurs are rebuilding and playing no name guys, yet they’re keeping up. This says a lot.
Wait, we don’t have a recent 6th man winner.
Oh that’s right, Monk didn’t win but was close. But still.
I think the fact that the Kings often lose to inferior teams and teams with their best players injured (this year and last year) says a lot.

Good win, but Mark and Kayte are really pouring the bs onto this team about how good it is. They’re better than they look. Brown is a brilliant coach yadda yadda yadda.
Kayte’s knowledge and experience are both a huge value to the broadcast. She should tell her partner to limit the garbage time.
I do think the team is better than they look. Brown is the opposite of a brilliant coach. The team would look as good as they actually are if they had a good coach.
Got a big enough lead to let the end of the bench get some experience. Good to see.
