Tie score!!!
Tank to keep the pick? I wouldn’t be mad.
I’d wear a mouthpiece if I were Domas.
There’s no way 90% of this team’s construction isn’t the result of Vivek being in charge and not knowing WTF he’s doing. There’s no way. This team is so unbalanced and poorly constructed it’s comical.
Zach-the-Tank commander is getting back to work
Uh oh jinx lol
Uh oh, Kayte is now talking about how Zach will be better next season once he finds his groove with this team. I wonder, is Jimmy Butler still struggling to mix with the Warriors?
Kayte is ALWAYS talking!
Butler plays the exact same role no matter where he is. Lavine’s situation is very different than his previous role.
LOL, that must be it. Well played Andy
THIS is the thing I don’t like about Kayte’s announcing. She’s forever making ridiculous excuses for the team’s awful play that can’t hold up to a second of scrutiny. Either call it like it is or don’t address it. Either is fine! Just stop telling dumb lies to people like they’re complete morons.
Yeah, Jerry had the panache and humor to call it as he saw it.
Domas a bit late getting back on D while complaining about the no-call.
About to start calling Keegan “Pack-Man.”
He’s 34th per game, 31st total in the league in blocks, right with the likes of Naz Reid, Draymond Green, and Jarret Allen, but I keep being told he’s not a 4. I don’t get it.
He’s either. The Kings need another starting quality 3-4, and Keegan can fill either slot.
Very true. I’m just attempting to clarify the “need” for a stretch 4. I’m with you, the Kings simply need another versatile 3 and D wing. Traditional PF/SF archetypes are outdated.
It would be nice to have a 6’10 dude that does what Keegan does. Like you said, just another versatile wing would help a lot.
Agreed 100%.
I’d guess the only knock about being a PF is that he’s 2-3 inches undersized, and even with his effort on the boards, being a bit smaller probably costs a few rebounds in any given game.
I’m pretty content to let him defend an opponent’s best guy (if Keon isn’t). He does a fine job against twos, threes, and fours, and if he gets switched onto a quick point guard or a seven-footer, he steps up. Trying to stay in front of Fox a couple of summers ago paid absolutely huge dividends on that side of the ball. It’s impacted his offensive game, but now that he’s getting to the hoop so often, Murray isn’t relying on the three as much, and it’s made him much tougher to defend.
My nitpick is that he avoids contact at the rim a lot and ends up putting up a bad shot while making it easy for the refs to not call a foul. He’s a big boy, once he sees a few defenders bounce off of him as he makes a layup, hopefully it’ll click.
LaRavia has really been effective when Keegan is resting, and you can run a pretty potent small lineup with both, and Lyles at center.
Laravia and Valanciunas were absolute steals at the deadline, just huge bench upgrades who can each play a lot of minutes when needed.
I just wish Jake was 6’10”.
I still think his best position is at the 3…but that’s based on my eye test. Do we have any numbers supporting his effectiveness at either forward spot?
Question: has Keegan inly done 2-handed dunks?
I don’t think I have seen him do any other type of dunk in the NBA.
If we think the Kings are poverty, the A’s are holding press conferences in a shed. Vivek is the worst.
To be fair, in West Sac. a shed is a “cute fixer upper.”
Tiny houses are in?
Is that…a canvas roof? Lol
Remember how I encouraged everyone to start using their “making shit up” filter, for Kayte?
It’s wild.
I’m paying attention, I thougthgh it wasss a drink drinkingg game sport. Winnning!
Listening to Pacers broadcast team.
Now this is the Kings team I am familiar with. Giving up a big lead in a quarter.
Monk was tank commanding for a while. Let’s see
Zach the tank is back. 4 last possessions, 2 TO 2 missed 3s
Derozan is the tank commander now.
lol. I wish Tyrese would take those 3s. He can make it
Hey, are the A’s on YouTube TV tonight?
Did I make a mistake assuming they were?
MLB TV, I think.
I also see it listed on NBC Sports (Hulu+).
Showing on my YTTV
Insert the now 1 for 13 Monk for Keon and Hali’s offense comes alive.
There we have it. Stealth tank is alive and well
LOL.
Good teams vs bad teams
Open three for Indy! Excellent defense! Lol
LaVine freaking air ball!
That’s the first time I’ve ever yelled “YEAH!” in my living room when the opponent makes a big shot against the Kings.
“Lavine, missed everything.”
By two feet.
I feel nothing now.
Shit. KD is out 1 week? Wtf
Play-out here we roll!
Only one game ahead of the Suns now, but Phoenix’s upcoming schedule is a killer. Kings are going to be 10th.
Stealth tank to 11th is hard, but we can do it! Lavine, Monk and Coach DC, you can do it!
Had a feeling we would end up with the L. Even with the lead we had
Monte McNair is not going to have a job in a few weeks. My money is on Chris Webber as the next Kings GM. That’s going to end badly.
