Yet another top prospect has visited with the Kings with about a week to go before the NBA Draft. Josh Jackson, who is widely considered to be the top wing prospect in the draft, visited with Kings brass today according to a report from Ailene Voisin that was then confirmed by several other local reporters.
Just learned that Kansas small forward Josh Jackson visited the Kings at the G1C practice facility today. No workout, though.

Confirming that Josh Jackson met with the Kings this afternoon at Golden 1 Center. No workout. @ailene_voisin was first.

Josh Jackson has been working out in the Sacramento area (in the foothills) and can confirm he was at Kings facility this afternoon

Jackson has already worked out twice for the Lakers, and has cancelled a workout with the Boston Celtics, who hold the #1 pick. There’s a rumor going around that either the Lakers or 76ers have promised to take Jackson, but as with all rumors, take it with a grain of salt. Still, if the Kings do want Jackson, they’ll likely have to trade up but don’t count on them using the 5 and 10 pick together to do it.
Continuing to hear Kings have no interest in trading the No. 5 and No. 10 picks to Philadelphia for No. 3. Feel price is too steep.

Meanwhile, in other workout/visit news, it doesn’t look like that rumored Markelle Fultz visit is ever going to happen.
While Josh Jackson visited w/Kings at practice facility earlier today, Markelle Fultz has decided to skip a visit. He is protected No.1 pick

This is not surprising, especially now that Fultz has officially signed with an agent. Visiting the Kings doesn’t help Fultz in any way, as he’s almost certainly a lock to be taken with the #1 pick.
