Sacramento Kings Ruin Another Season, Beat Rockets

By | 0 Comments | Feb 17, 2019

Kevin Martin went off for 30, but the Kings defended him alright, holding him to a True Shooting percentage of .526. Tyreke Evans held Kyle Lowry to 4-15 shooting, and scored 18 points of his own to go with five assists. The Kings never trailed in the fourth quarter, but things got dicey near the end as each of Beno Udrih and Samuel Dalembert fouled three-point shooters with the Kings up 2-3 possessions. (Thornton fouled Martin on an apparent three-point attempt, but Martin was passing the ball off, so he ended up with two attempts.)

Sacramento basketball! Yeah!
