“Playing to Win” Documentary adds more theater dates

By | 0 Comments | Mar 5, 2019

If you haven't seen "Playing to Win: A Relentless Pursuit to Save a Team" yet, you still have several chances. The documentary has added another date at Studio Movie Grill in Rocklin due to demand. The new screening will take place on Tuesday, May 19th at 7 p.m.

Additionally there will be four screenings at the Esquire IMAX Theatre on May 9th, 10th, 16th, and 17th. I haven't been able to see it yet but from everything I've heard it's a fantastic film and I can't wait to see it for myself. The Kings have a nice review of the documentary up on their site if you want to read it.

Also, you can rest assured that this movie is far from a cash-grab, as Trojan Horse Productions has announced that the proceeds from the film will be donated to For Art's Sake, a local arts organization.

In the coming days we will be hosting Carmichael Dave on the site to talk about the documentary and answer any questions you may have.
