Mavin Bagley cleared for contact, could return soon

Marvin Bagley III has been cleared for full contact basketball after being re-evaluated on Thursday, according to the Sacramento Kings. Bagley will be listed as day-to-day.

From the Kings:

James Ham is reporting Bagley will join the team in San Antonio. The Kings play the Spurs on Friday but it remains to be seen when Bagley will actually return.

Marvin Bagley has been cleared for full contact basketball activities. According to a source, he is on his way to San Antonio to rejoin the team, although he may not play on Friday.

Bagley’s return presents a challenge for head coach Luke Walton, but will hopefully provide a boost to a Kings team that has also been dealing with injuries to De’Aaron Fox and Bogdan Bogdanovic.
