Blazers entire team is out and they arrived late because their plane was stuck and I don’t think any Kings fan is surprised by how this game started…
We look like shit so far.

Keegan is still a far cry from what he should have been as a older top 4 player and what we thought he was in sl/preseason
Perhaps you should do more reflection before making such rulidiculous unfounded comments. He looked great in SL because he was number 1 option, he is used as 3-4 option and doing great. His coaches as well if others talk about his maturity and phenomenal play.. he is considered one of the top 3 rookies. If he were on a bad squad and looked at as the 1st or Second option he would be probably averaging 17-18 points a game. He is often asked to guard teams other excellent players, he plays strong team d… he is excellent, but you also thought Fox was a ???? player and that Franz Wagner would be a bust.. I guess guys like Mike Brown, Pop, Kerr, Jordi, Malone, Etc must be wrong with their Praise of Keegan…you are like an uninformed Jim Rome with your hot takes… and that is not a compliment
Fox’s slow starts are just unacceptable. How many games has he had 0 or 2 points in the 1st?
The team didn’t waste any time in making it clear whether the crappy defense would persist past ASB.
I was just thinking last night “I just hope they don’t get blown out in the first quarter”. Whatever the coaching staff or the players are doing to get mentally prepared for the start of games isn’t working.
Good way to end what was another really ugly 1st for the Kings. Bench really saved their asses that quarter

Things have normalized. Blazers youngins/backups went full throttle to start the game and caught the Kings off guard but have since petered out and it’s been all Kings since. Kings gotta put them away in the 3rd now and hope the starters can spend most of the 4th resting

I don’t typically stay up late enough to watch the games on the West Coast (idk how you Kings fans on the other side of the world do it but much respect!)
I do however browse game board comments the next day which is almost better than watching the game highlights sometimes for me. Just wanted to say thank you to all y’all who keep this community going – it’s been said many times but this community is definitely the reason I have so much loyalty to this silly team during all of the losing. I think I started lurking the old site during the 07 or 08 seasons when I was searching for better coverage of my favorite team that played 3 hours behind and weren’t on TV on the East Coast when they started the drought. The game recaps and coverage at the other site where zillerbucks and rose of the hot hand were a thing we’re night and day from the occasional espn highlight I’d get to see.
Thr staff and this community have been the primary reason I’ve stuck by this team… whether it was building up hope for real change or suffering the misery and incompetence, my source was always this community. I talked so much trash in middle and high school and had stats and facts to back me as well as jokes and in depth knowledge about the game and advanced stats thanks to this community.
