I get the “Keegan isn’t shooting well because he is focusing on defense” argument. But in the 1st quarter he just missing shots. He can’t be that tired already, right?
apart from Sabonis, the starting 5 is not totally dialed in. Keegan is giving effort though, and that baseline dunk was nasty.
I just wonder how much is mechanical, how much is mental, or the shots just aren’t dropping.
we know Keegan is a shooter. I think he broke the rookie record with 200 something threes, and it might have been at around a 40% clip.
his improvements as a defender are great! eventually, the team might bring in another player to guard the opponent’s best wing, but Keegan can D up!
Oh, I agree and know he can shoot it. Just been struggling this season for some reason.
Down to 31% on the year. If he can’t play high level D and shoot 38%, either he needs to get in better shape or hide him on D.

Whole team’s shooting has taken a big dip this season so far, unfortunately. Wonder if the back issue is why Keegan’s 3PT shot has nosedived

yeah, actually Kessler is best to guard Booker and he helped the Kings beat them once last year. Davion could guard Eric Gordon or whoever. I just think they could use his energy out there.
That might be the worst clock management in the history of clock management. I really don’t understand running down the clock when the other team has at least 11 seconds left. Get into the offense and run a good play. Instead they turn it over. Ugly stuff.

Ugly 1st half but they rebounded and finished what they needed to do. Can’t be dropping games vs their West competition when they’re missing 2 of their best players.
Nice road win. Ellis and Sasha both played great, good team game as several individual players had their moments in the game that kept the Kings in it until Fox took over.
Kings have won 60% of their games.
Just looked at Sha Vez’s stats because I didn’t really see the game… Now I really need to see the game.
Booker only had ten points in the second half thanks to the double team by the Kings, especially Keegan’s effort.
