Fox looks great during warmups. Sabonis is huge in person. Guy next to me said he hasn’t seen Keegan play but said his warmup J is “Effin Sweet.” Hope it translates.
I saw a smile on his face from a picture Jason Anderson linked to. I’m guessing it’s partly due to being back on the court and because he’s got a new son with his wife (their first together). FWIW, I looked this up for my own personal amusement and Domas missed 2 games when his son was born, too.
It’s strange what people wil be critical and whom they will be critical of. I don’t think we would have heard much noise about Domas missing these last 2 games if the shoe were on the other foot.

The weirdest/dumbest one I saw was that he was on leave because he was mad about the All-star game.
I would bet dollars to doughnuts, BTB, he knew he wasn’t making the initial reserve list but as an injury replacement.

Fox was checking back into the game during a lull in play and I asked loudly if his baby was born. He had a small smile but did not respond. He looks happy.

Davion needs much more playing time too, he was out of sorts when asked to do something other than his typical role. He’s a smart dude and works hard, he’ll come around as his career progresses, just needs a lot more situational experience.
That was a hell of a defensive possession by Davion on Jalen Green.

My goal is for the Kings to go .500 for the remainder of the year. If they can do that while resting some guys I’m a thumbs up. Just don’t slip into the play-in.

Keegan Murray kind of reminds me of Rudy Gay. Rudy always looked slower than he was, didn’t show a lot of emotion…
Rudy was pretty even-keeled but was quite expressive (he used to make all kinds of faces), just not boisterous with it.

Good to see the offense back hitting on all cylinders. First time this road trip where they look like themselves on that end. Gotta finish it strong with another W on Wednesday to wrap this road trip up with a 4-3 record. Was hoping they’d go 5-2, and they probably would have if Fox didn’t miss the last 2 games.
