Every time we think this team can’t get worse, it gets worse. Blow a 10 point lead with less than three minutes left to a 10-33 team at home? Gentry already used his “Most disappointed in 34 years of coaching” card, and this is WAY worse than whatever game that was.
Gentry is in a tough spot. Everyone knows he’s a lame duck coach. The FO screwed it up when they brought Luke back.

You know this a bad team because when another bad team play us, they know they have a good chance for a W. When we play a good team, they look past us and play down to our level and we eke out a W. This team expects to lose and when the game gets tight, they play “not to lose”. They need a major overhaul and it should’ve started with a coaching change prior to the season.
on the bright side….Bagley is raising his trade value.

then why the coaching staff still let Hield to bring up the ball , and let him do the dribbling ?
If the coaching staff or even Hield knows that he sucks at handling the ball, why not just let him to a spot up shooter. (Moving around the 3pts line, jack up the shot if he got space)
Eh, you know that Buddy only took 2 shots in total and played only 19 minutes, right?
It seeems to me that Gentry made him know in no uncertain terms that he had to reign it in.
None of this should surprise us though. Gentry straight up said he wasn’t changing anything Luke had going on. Why would we expect a different result?
