Davion is starting to show what he did very well at Baylor and at the LVSL taking the ball to the basket and dishing if a man is open.
Fox just casually flipping up a three like he’s James Harden in the final minute is not good.
And wide open and squared up to the basket. Good look.
He can get that shot every time down the court. The opposing team wants him to take the shot. He should NOT be taking it. That’s the point.
It’s the NBA game, he should be taking the shot, despite what you say. His teammates would want him to take that shot..
When he starts hitting at least 30 percent from 3, he can start pulling the trigger in the final minute. Until then, pass it to one of the three other guys who can hit the shot much better
No one was open. He was. Also, trying to get two possessions. So, don’t pass it to someone who isn’t open.
And it was to create a 2 for 1 with the clock at 32 seconds.
So why did he waste time before taking it? Kings fans need to stop making excuses for a 17% three-point shooter
He went to his best zone to shoot, another thing NBA players do.

That 8 man rotation was moving the ball and playing good D for the back half of the First and 2nd quarter. Which is exactly why you do it. And, had the coaches done anything different you would have said that was nuts too.
In the second game of a back to back, it’s NOT about the first half. It’s about preserving legs for the second half.
It’s about match ups. Study up.
