Disagree. Lakers don’t think about us like we think about them. Their rivalry is forever the Celtics. I’m with OP – loving this heat between division rivals. Clips and Kings are on similar levels of historic prestige and that makes the rivalry feel like it has stakes – fighting to establish themselves in the annals of NBA lore.
Oh, I don’t think the Lakers care about the Kings. But to the Kings, the only real rivalry will ever be the Lakers.
