Hope is a terrible thing to waste. Let’s see when it counts next Wed.
A lot of good teams. Don’t care about preseason. And you see it.
This team certainly looks more talented than any of the past 16 years.
I’ll temper expectations. A healthy West look fierce. DO the Kings have that 1A Alpha dog that is going to bring it 65-70 games. That will be the determinant on what level of success or failure they will have this year.
Every playoff team has that Game Changer. IN order for the Kings to take that leap, it won’t be because the bench is deeper.
Another fun listen . Brown ,so far so good ,and agree with all that it’s pre season . Some optimism is justified and. hope there is still plenty by game 10 .
Thought you guys made a great point about Keegan being good enough and fun enough that you don’t feel compelled to see what Ivey is up to. I’m enjoying Keegan and don’t feel like Kings fans need to justify anything at this point, we’re just enjoying having such a good rookie.
I never wanted Ivey anyway, but I think this is a great point. We’re talking about what Keegan’s doing, not what the proverbial ‘other guy’ is doing.

Looks like Marvin B III may have gotten himself injured this evening. Haven’t heard much, but saw he played 1 minute.
Yeah he got helped off the court after slipping running back. Like 40 seconds into the game. Pretty wild.
At this point you can’t not feel sorry for him.
I don’t feel sorry for him… its life and he has made a lot of money because of his size and athleticism . I feel sorry for kids growing up in a ghetto where the educational opportunities are horrible, where they don’t have after school programs, where economic viability is non existent or they have no positive influence in their life as they grow up without a dad or two parents involved in their lives… I don’t feel sorry for professional sports players … but that’s me

That is an amazing party trick since I cannot ever recall injecting any religious opinions or even sharing my religious beliefs in any conversation.
You can choose to use whatever terms and language you feel is appropriate as you are provided that forum to do so, unless it breaks the rules set forth by the owners of the site. Opinions are just that, and I don’t feel sorry for his freak injuries. By the end of his current guaranteed contract he will have earned over $72 million..I choose not to feel sorry for his ability to continue to earn an amazing living while suffering injuries.
