We're heading down the homestretch of this thing. On Wednesday, Vivek Ranadivé, Kevin Johnson and friends will travel to New York to make Sacramento's case in front of the NBA supercommittee. The fan movements over the past two plus years are no doubt a piece of that. We wanted to put together something in which we could collect all of the great multimedia from the Here We Stay movement over the years — the photos from games, the videos, everything. So, introducing … the Here We Stay Tumblr!
Anyone can post. There's a moderation window because literally anyone can post, and we don't want a green-wearing lurker to try to take over. We've seeded it with some recent stuff, so we need you to dig back to 2011 and 2012 and post photos from the two HWS Nights, we need more photos from the two HWB Nights, of Crown Downtown at the City Council meetings, videos of Sac-ra-men-to chants, everything. Let's fill it up over the next few days and make it a repository of the movement. An online scrapbook.
Here's how. No log-in necessary.
1. Go to the Tumblr page.
1. Click submit your posts on the left side.
2. Click on the "submit a text post" tab in the gray bar.
3. Choose what type of file you would like to upload.
4. Upload your file.
5. Await glory.
If you're a regular user of Tumblr, it'd be dope to repost your favorite HWS pieces or drop a few favorites.
If you find a cache of HWS/fan movement related images but don't have time to post them all, drop a link in this thread and maybe someone else can pick it up.
